Investment: $1500 - $2000 | Time frame: 2-4 weeks from start date

Pre - Project Phase
- Contact Me. If you are interested in working with me, let me know HERE.
- Get To Know You Call. Once you've submitted your inquiry, you'll be given a link to schedule a call with me where we can make sure we are a great fit! No, you do not HAVE to be on camera, but I will be!
- Get Booked. If you are confident I'm the designer for you after our call, I'll send you a custom quote, contract and invoice for a 50% deposit. Complete those to secure a spot in my schedule.
Pre - Design Phase
- Online Portal Access. Once you are on my calendar, you will have access to an online portal where anything and everything related to your project can be found. This makes communication simple and clear!
- Discovery Form. Inside your private portal, you will find a discovery form. Filling out this form guides you in focusing and feeling and confident in your purpose and goals and will help you to clearly communicate those to me
- Website Copy. Before we start on your design I will need the words you want me to put on the page. I will send you some tips to make this process go smoother
- Other Homework. There will be other forms you may need to fill out such as uploading your branding elements to me (fonts, logos etc), and sending me any images you want me to use on your website. All of your homework is due 1 full week before your design start date.
- Homework Review. My homework is to thoroughly review yours! I want to be certain I have everything I need and that I'm clear on your goals before we start
- SEO Research. I will research what phrases people type into Google when they are looking for what you offer so we can plan how and where to include those phrases in your landing pages
- Website Audit. If I am re-designing your website (as opposed to starting from scratch) this is also the time where I will look over your site and give written suggestions for strategic changes
- Strategy Welcome Call. Once all of our "homework" is complete, we will hold a welcome call a few days before your official design start date. The purpose of this call is to ensure we are 100% on the same page
Design Phase
- Wordpress, Theme, and Plugin Setup. If we are starting your site from scratch or you are moving from a different platform, I will install WordPress on your site. If you are already on WordPress, I'll need admin access. I will also install Thrive Architect and the Thrive Theme Builder.
- Staging Site. If you have an existing site, I will set up a duplicate of your site and work on that duplicate to ensure your site is 100% accessible during the design phase
- Coming Soon Page. If we are starting your site from scratch, I will set up a Coming Soon Page so any visitors know when to come back.
- Homepage Design. I will strategically design your homepage with your goals and purpose in mind. I will provide up to 2 revisions of this page in order to ensure that you are thrilled with it. You will need to be readily available to provide feedback.
- Design of the rest of the site. I design the rest of the site in 2-3 phases. I will group pages together (for example maybe your footer, sidebar, about and contact page) and then ask for feedback on those pages. I provide one revision for each group.
- Final Revision. Sometimes it is hard to know what works well until the entire site is done. I always provide one final revision where you can give feedback on any page on your site.
- Solidify SEO. I will go through each landing page and make certain they are all search engine friendly with the phrases we discussed earlier.
Wrap - Up Phase
- Launch. Once you have paid your final invoice (the remaining 50%), it's time to share your website with the rest of the world
- Training Call. We will hold a training call where I will show you how to use your website and all installed themes and plugins. You will be comfortable updating and changing your new online home without messing with any code! This call will be recorded so you always have access
- Email support. I provide free email support (30 minutes of my time for Silver Designs and 60 minutes of my time for Platinum Designs) for 30 days after your project is completed. I'm not going to just drop you and leave you to your own devices!
- Site Promotion. Once you are ready, I will write a blog post all about your site on my site and link back to your site!
Your responsibilities
- Website copy. Your copy (the words your want on each page) is essential - I cannot design your website until I have it. This is due a full week before your project start date.
- Images. I will provide 5-10 high resolution stock photos for your project. They will be branded photos (meaning they will match your look and feel and colors). But if you want custom professional photos or already have stock photos picked out, I will need those from you. They are due 1 week before your project start date.
- Thoughtful responses. I will be intentional and purposeful with my design - it won't be rushed. I ask the same of you when providing feedback and filling out your discovery form. Your discovery form is due 1 week before your project start date.
- Availability on design days. Out of respect for your time and a desire to truly immerse myself in your goals, I only work with one client at a time. When I start your project - I will not be working on anyone else's project. This means that when I ask for feedback on something, I need it asap - not tomorrow or next week.
what it does not include
- Website copy . In other words, I will not write the words on your website for you. I WILL strategically design where the words you give me go on each page. I WILL give you plenty of tips and feedback on the words you give me. But you will be responsible for actually doing the writing.
- Long Form Sales Page Design. You may choose a to have me design a sales page as one of your pages, but it must be a short-form sales page - which I define 1000 or less words. If you need something longer, you can add-on a Sales Page Design (details below)
- E-Commerce Sites. Most E-commerce sites can be designed at an extra charge. This will depend on the site and exactly what is needed. We can discuss this in your Get To Know You Call.
- Membership / E-Course Sites. Most Membership and E-Course sites can be designed at an extra charge. This will depend on the site and exactly what is needed. We can discuss this in your Get To Know You Call.
Custom WordPress Sales Page Design
Investment: $600+ | Time frame: 5-10 days from start date
A fully custom design (no templates here) that focuses converting visitors into customers or clients.

The cost of your sales page will depend on the size of your sales page:

Pre - Design Phase
- Discovery Form. In addition to your Website Discovery Form, you will find a Branding Discovery form. Filling out this form guides you in focusing on who your target audience is and will help you to clearly communicate that to me
- Strategy Welcome Call. Once all of our "homework" is complete, we will hold a welcome call a few days before your official design start date. If you have booked a branding package, this call will be 60 instead of 40 minutes long so that we have sufficient time to discuss your branding strategy in addition to your website strategy.
- Pinterest Board Creation. I will guide you in creating a shared Pinterest board full of photos that inspire the feelings you want to invoke in those who visit your website.
Brand Design Phase
- Mood Board Design. I create a digital collection of images that reflect your brand goals based on what you've pinned and shared in your discovery form. You will have 1 revision of this board to ensure that we are on the same page before I start designing your actual brand elements.
- Primary Logo Design. I will create 2 different concepts in black and white for your logo and present them to you. You will choose your favorite and then I will fully finish the black and white design of that logo. You will then have 2 full revisions to ensure that your primary logo fully reflects your brand
- Secondary Logo Design. I will create a simpler version of your primary logo to be used in places where your primary logo may be too busy. You will have 1 revision of this logo
- Submark Logo Design. I will create a square or circular version of your logo to be used in places where you other logos may be to tall or wide. You will have 1 revision of this logo
- Favicon Design. A tiny version of your submark to be used next to your url when someone is on your website
- Color Palette choice. I will use your mood board to create 2 possible color palettes for your brand. You will choose one and I will apply those colors to all of your logos
- Font Selection I will use create 2 font combos for your headings and paragraph copy. You will choose one.
- Pattern creation I will create 2 patterns / textures. You will have 1 revision of these.
Wrap - Up Phase
- Brand Guideline Creation. I will create both written and visual guidelines for your brand that you can use to keep it cohesive as you make future design decisions.
- Delivery of Files. Once you have paid your final invoice (the remaining 50%), I will send you all the files for your brand elements in the appropriate formats.

- Availability on design days. Out of respect for your time and a desire to truly immerse myself in your goals, I only work with one client at a time. When I start your project - I will not be working on anyone else's project. This means that when I ask for feedback on something, I need it asap - not tomorrow or next week.

- Print Designs. I do not design business cards, book covers, letterhead, flyers etc.
